Traditional air displacement pipettes are susceptible to variations in atmospheric pressure, viscosity, vapor pressure, etc. Class A glassware is labor intensive and wasteful. The MICROLAB 600 is the answer to these problems.

Positive Displacement vs. Air Displacement
The MICROLAB 600 is completely primed with liquid making it a positive displacement system. The liquid is not compressible, so each time the syringe aspirates or dispenses, the liquid is accurately measured. Air displacement systems trap compressible air in the fluid path. When liquid is moved this air is compressed, causing results that vary with atmospheric conditions, sample viscosity, and the operator's technique.
 

MICROLAB® 600 SERIES DISPENSERS

There are three different dispenser models available from the MICROLAB 600 family. Each dispenser is based on a positive displacement system that provides better than 99% accuracy, independent of a liquid’s viscosity, vapor pressure, and temperature.
 

ML 600 dispensers

 

The Single Syringe Dispenser is ideal for dedicated dispensing applications requiring a single syringe drive. Improve accuracy, throughput, and consistency when compared to traditional laboratory equipment like serological and repeating pipettes.

The Dual Syringe Dispenser has two syringe drives for applications such as Animal Dosing that require the use of more than one liquid at the same time. In this application the "No Drug Control" is primed into one syringe while the "Test Drug" is primed into the other syringe. The two liquids can be dosed from the same instrument saving setup and dosing time.

The Continuous Dispenser is designed for time critical applications requiring repetitive dispensing. One syringe fills while the other syringe dispenses so the instrument is always ready. Perfect for integration into semi-automated or fully automated manufacturing lines.
